Meet Dr. Kristina Martinsons
Dr. Kristina Martinsons earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery with Honours standing from the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in 2020. Prior to attending dental school she graduated with Distinction from the University of Western Ontario and received a Bachelor of Medical Sciences with an Honours Specialization in Biochemistry and Pathology of Human Diseases.
Dr. Martinsons practices general dentistry. She loves that no two days are the same because of the diverse range of procedures she can provide to her patients, which includes cosmetic restorations, root canal treatment, extractions, dentures and more. The wonderful staff and her passion for utilizing the latest dental technologies is what led her to join The Airport Dental Centre and The Apex Dental Centre as an associate dentist. Dr. Martinsons is highly experienced with making same day crowns using CAD CAM CEREC technology. She is also certified to practice nitrous oxide sedation and finds it rewarding to help patients overcome their dental anxieties.
When not at the office Dr. Martinsons enjoys backcountry canoe camping and hiking with her husband, baking, reading, and spending time with her rescue cat, Buzby.
