Meet Dr. Roohee-Taj Mansoor

Dr. Mansoor grew up in Dubai and her journey in dentistry began at the age of 14 when she volunteered at a local dental clinic in her community. Her early exposure to the field ignited her passion for dentistry and set her on a path of lifelong dedication to patient care.

Before attending dental school, Dr. Mansoor earned an honors degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Toronto. During her undergraduate degree she completed a co-op placement working with the Ministry of Environment as a water nutrient analyst, where she honed her analytical skills and commitment to public health.

Dr. Mansoor graduated from the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry where she developed a strong foundation in both pediatric and adult dentistry. She went on to gain extensive clinical and patient experience doing a general practice residency at a trauma 1 center at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, New York.

Throughout her career, Dr. Mansoor has gained experience in various clinical settings, and continues to hold operating room privileges in hospital setting. She has also been actively involved in public health initiatives, providing essential dental care to underserved communities.

Dr. Mansoor is known for her gentle approach, particularly in pediatric dentistry, where she creates a welcoming and comfortable environment for young patients. She is equally adept at addressing the dental needs of adults, offering a comprehensive range of services from routine check-ups to advanced restorative procedures and Nitrous oxide sedation to make the dental experience more comfortable and less anxiety provoking.

Her dedication to continuous learning ensures that she stays abreast of the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques, providing her patients with the highest standard of care.

Dr. Mansoor loves traveling and also has a certification In make-up and when not working she is always on her feet with her boys.
